Exercise and DIet★(・ω・)

(1) About Diet

I recommend ”Vegetable soup diet”. When we hangry, we drink soup. The best time is that before breakfast & three o’clock p.m. Only the ways decrease from fatness. It's surprised diet way.
A recipe for vegetable soup
1. Vegetable (cabbage & onion & carrot & pumpkin) each 50g prepare.

2. Mice of their.
3. Simmer it for 20minute.(Vegetable 50g : Water is 800ml)
4. Strain the soup .
5. And completion.

Actually, I have drink. So I decreased to 5kg for two weeks . I very surprised! This soup is effective in diet.


(2) Exercise
~ Cardiolates ~
I tell you about diet exercise. This is Cardiolates. Cardiolates is becoming the talk of people in New York lately.The way use small trampoline after Pilates. The small trampoline is called “Rebounder”. It’s one of aerobic exercise.

is fitness that use breath way.

:Lesson 3* Again use Rebounder.
Do jump & exercise.
After exercise, do stretching.
